Starting therapy can feel like a big step — and you don’t have to do it blindly. This free 15-minute consultation is a gentle space for us to connect, talk about what you’re looking for, and see if we feel like a good fit. You can share what’s been weighing on you, ask questions about the process, and get a sense of how I work. No pressure, no expectations — just a supportive conversation to help you take that first step with clarity and comfort.

Starting therapy can feel a little nerve-wracking — and that’s completely okay. Your first session is simply a place to begin, at your pace. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in and what you’re hoping for, without any pressure to share everything at once. This is your time to feel comfortable, supported, and truly heard.
