  • Individual therapy services with me range depending on how long we meet. I accept insurance as well. List of cost and accepted companies are below. Super bills can be provided by request.

    • 60 minute sessions: $150

    • 45 min sessions: $125

    • 30 min sessions: $100

  • The frequency of therapy is flexible and based on your needs, goals, and where you are in your healing journey.

    Most clients begin with weekly sessions. This allows us to build a strong foundation, create consistency, and gently explore what’s bringing you in.

  • First off, you have made an important step by even considering therapy. So welcome, and I am excited to have you here.

    Secondly, to get things moving, you can schedule a free 15-minute consultation, where we’ll briefly talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re looking for, and whether we feel like a good fit. I’ll also answer any questions you have. If it feels right, we’ll move forward with booking your first full session, and if not, that’s okay too. The goal is to help you feel informed, comfortable, and confident in your healing journey.
