Hi and welcome! I am so happy you are here. My name is Jessica Griggs, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the great state of Tennessee. I was born and raised in Tennessee, so I am excited to offer therapy services to high functioning women needing a safe space to heal.

I am married, and have a handsome, sweet son whom I adore. We also have an elderly pup that runs the house along with our kiddo. In my spare time, I enjoy watching tons of movies, reading intense thrillers, and taking walks with my family (if its not too hot lol).

Experience and Specialties

With over a decade of experience including work with people living with HIV and outpatient mental health, I’ve supported women in all phases of life navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, depression, and relationship challenges.

I use a blend of evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches to support healing in a way that feels safe, supported, and centered around you.

While I have experience in various types of therapies, my main specialties include:

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

A powerful, evidence-based approach to help process and heal from past experiences that may feel stuck or overwhelming.

Mindfulness-Based Therapies
A gentle way to slow down and reconnect with the present moment. Instead of pushing away anxious thoughts or difficult emotions, we focus on noticing them with curiosity and without judgment, supporting nervous system and emotional regulation.

Inner Child & Generational Healing
Together, we unpack generational trauma, unmet needs, self-abandonment, and deeply rooted patterns, while helping you reconnect with your authentic self and build healthier relationships.



My Approach

My approach to therapy is integrative, relational, and down to earth. I work with women who may appear strong on the outside but feel overwhelmed, experience perfectionism, burned out, or stretched too thin. Together, we can create a space where you can exhale without pressure to perform; A space to feel seen, supported, and heal freely.

I use a blend of evidence-based and holistic approaches because everyone’s needs are different. We will tailor therapy to your unique needs while honoring your story, nervous system, and parts of you that have been carrying so much.

Therapy is not about fixing you. Its about helping you reconnect with who you are and creating a life that feels authentic and sustainable.
